Be Well-Come Together is focused on the whole person - Mind, Body, and Spirit. All community offerings are free and everyone is welcome!
We are a community of support for those seeking to improve their physical health. We offer free exercise classes twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30pm. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic we offered educational programs, distributed information, and organized 3 vaccination events. We have offered virtual and in-person programs on planning healthy meals, with cooking demonstrations. We have trained a team of community health advocates who provide leadership in assessing community health needs and resources.
Our Soul Food gatherings nourish the spirit, as we explore questions of life and faith. We gather for a meal, embrace our differences, listen to each other's stories and experiences, learn from each other, and share with each other without judgment. This is a community gathering that brings people together from different walks of life and church backgrounds. We support each other in our journey of faith, pray together, reflect on scripture,

Coping with all the uncertainty and stresses of life can be difficult. We offer grief and loss support groups, stress management workshops, and community forums on suicide prevention . We are organizing a mental health initiative with area churches that will focus on how we, as a community, can better support families and individuals who are living with mental illness.
