Free Workshop: Grief and Loss in the Holidays - November 2, 10am
As the holidays approach, you or someone you know may be needing emotional support following the loss of a loved one. This 1 hour "Grief and Loss in the Holidays" presentation is free and open to the public. It is presented by Kim Smith, Bereavement Coordinator and Chaplain with Heart of Hospice. Plan to attend and please invite others who would benefit from this presentation. Even if you haven't experienced a recent loss, the information shared in his workshop is helpful in supporting those who are grieving.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how how to spot common scams and what to do if you or a loved one is impacted by fraud or identity theft. EXERCISE GROUP
Free Exercise Classes - Every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30pm
The classes are 1 hour and begin with warm up and stretching, followed by light aerobics, muscle strengthening, and cool down. Exercises are adapted for different fitness levels. Come enjoy a supportive environment for all ages, shapes, and sizes. Bring a water bottle. Everyone is welcome.
